Soggiitoast is based in South West of England. My goal is to make my products as accessible as possible for people around the world, but material and shipping costs must be accounted for when sending out orders.

Return and Refund Policy

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me via the contact page or Instagram DM at @soggiitoast within 7 days of receiving your order. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If the product is confirmed to be faulty (not due to misuse), I will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

If a return is required, return shipping costs will be covered by me.

Important Notes:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for refunds.

  • Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.

  • Shipping damage claims must include photo evidence of packaging and product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
