Processing Times

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Pre-ordered or custom items will have their processing times mentioned separately.

Shipping Methods

All orders use Royal Mail Tracked, and tracking numbers will be provided. 

 

Shipping Costs

UK Shipping

Orders up to £80 are charged at a flat rate of £2.50. Orders from £80 - £750 are charged at a flat rate of £6.50 to include insurance for any damaged items during transit. 

European Shipping

Orders up to £50 are charged at a flat rate of £9. Orders from £50-£250 are charged at a flat rate of £12. 

Canada and USA Shipping

Currently, Soggiitoast does not offer shipping to USA  Canada due to high import and custom fees. If you have any special requests or queries, message Soggiitoast directly to discuss potential pricing.

International Shipping

Orders up to £50 are charged at a flat rate of £12. Orders from £50-£250 are charged at a flat rate of £15. 

 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Soggiitoast is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
